The design is focused on care excellence and delivery of 150 resident-centered care units in a homelike environment. This environment will be achieved through dividing the facility into seven separate residential houses over three levels, each with its own unique character. Each house will consist of private resident rooms supported by central services (kitchen, living, dining room), with plenty of sunlight and access to outdoor areas.

The project will have wet, dry and preaction systems installed throughout. This project is another P3 Design build and is being designed and installed using BIM 3D modelling.
