Gisborne was contracted to install Various sprinkler systems including 4 pre-action systems, 1 dry system and 45 wet systems. There are also   2 fire pumps: main pump supplied by city water and a backup vertical turbine drawing from a water cistern along with Institutional anti-ligature heads throughout areas of inmate access.

The project will be a state-of -the-art correctional facility complete with 11 living units, 378 cells housing over 700 beds
The project is targeting LEED Gold certification and is owned by the Osoyoos Indian Band under a 60 year lease agreement
