Emily Carr University of Art + Design Campus Redevelopment project – the first and only post-secondary institution PPP project procured in Canada. The site, located at Great Northern Way in  Vancouver BC, is comprised of three acres and will be the home of the specialized post-secondary institution for fine arts, media arts and design. The campus will accommodate more than 1,800 students and provide state of the art facilities. The new facility will be LEED Gold.

This facility will have wet, dry, preaction and clean agent suppression systems installed. The whole project is using BIM 3D modelling to design and install.
