This new parkade is currently under construction beneath 3 new skyscrapers being built in downtown Edmonton. Gisborne was awarded the contract to install all fire protection systems for this massive 1,154,763 sq ft parkade which also includes new digital parking guides.

Scope: The parkade will have wet, dry and preaction systems installed throughout. This project is being designed and installed with coordination of BIM 3D modelling.
